London
VIVA BROTHER return to the scene of their triumphant NYE show for their London KOKO after-show. They'll be arriving around about 10.30pm on their very own specially chartered London red bus, Destination TF zone, and will be DJ'ing as well as getting pretty large.
There's also DJ sets from Jon Brookes (The Charlatans), Damian Jonze (NME) and Cool Britainnia
PLUS we have four brilliant bands
"live"
THE CARPELS - signed to Charlatans legend Jon Brookes new label, The Carpels have already been compared to The Coral and The Libertines.
SULK - Bands such as The Stone Roses, Suede, Pulp and The Verve are wholly evident, but this isn't nostalgia for old time’s sake. SULK mix what came before, and what’s yet to come into crushing waves of beauty, honesty and anthemic bliss for a whole new generation.
THE IC1's - "Little bit Libertines, a little bit Ramones - 100% hundred percent London." XFM and " A proper rock and roll band!" NME
HUMPHREY - magine the laid-back melodies of Rufus Wainwright blended with the lyrical subtleties of Nick Drake, and you’ll have a rough idea of the Humphrey sound. He delivers them in an effortless manner on piano and guitar, while the dab-hand of the Mercury-prize nominee Ed Harcourt – who produced this EP and forthcoming album – also help it along.
THE TRICKS - The Tricks bring energetic, guitar pop/ rock, punchy hooks and memorable melodies, Interestingly, they're Jonny Depp's favourite new band!
